Duties of a Calgary REALTOR™

All REALTORs® in Calgary that are members of the Calgary Real Estate Board are governed by a number of Provincial and Federal organizations.

In order to comply with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice of the Canadian Real Estate Association there are certain rules and regulations that must be followed.

When you start to look for a home with The Glen Godlonton Real Estate Team, during our initial Buyer Interview we will provide you with a brochure called the Agency Disclosure Brochure. This brochure outlines the Relationship that all REALTORs® work under, and it outlines the duties and obligations that you can expect from your REALTOR®.
